Payment Plan Terms — Required for Enrollment

By selecting a payment plan, you are entering into a binding agreement and agree to the following terms:

1. Automatic Monthly Billing
   You authorize six (6) monthly payments to be automatically charged to the payment method provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains current and valid. You may update your payment information at any time through your member portal.

2. Recurring Charges on a Fixed Schedule
   Payments will be processed on or around the same calendar day each month, beginning on the date of your initial enrollment. It is your responsibility to ensure funds are available on the scheduled billing dates.

3. Full Financial Commitment
   Enrollment in a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full program tuition. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and accept that the full amount is owed, regardless of course completion status, participation, or withdrawal.

4. Access and Certification Withheld for Nonpayment
   Your course access and certification are contingent upon completion of all scheduled payments. In the event of a missed, declined, or canceled payment, course access may be suspended immediately, and your certification will be withheld until your account is brought current.

5. No Refunds or Early Termination of Payment Plan
   Payment plan selections are final. There are no refunds and no cancellations of the payment plan once enrolled. Early payoff is allowed, but nonpayment or default will be pursued to the full extent permissible.

Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All course content, including but not limited to written materials, recorded content, hypnosis scripts, frameworks, methods, and resources shared throughout the Hypnosis Training, are the intellectual property of Désirée Eckert and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following:

1. Personal Use License Only
   You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal study and professional practice with individual clients and groups. Materials may not be recorded, shared, taught, duplicated, sold, or distributed in any form without explicit written permission.

2. No Use for Teaching or Training
   Enrollment in this program does not authorize you to teach or certify others in these methods, frameworks, or any part of the training curriculum. You may not present yourself as a trainer or trainer-in-training of any methods or this certification program unless explicitly contracted to do so in writing.

3. Attribution Required
   If referencing or drawing from these materials publicly (e.g., in blogs, social media, podcasts, etc.), proper credit must be given to Désirée Eckert as the originator of the content.

4. Violation of Terms
   Any misuse or unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or teaching of the materials is a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action and/or revocation of certification without refund.
